Diamond is a transparent pale green dodecahedron dimensions 0.7 x 0.7 x 0.75 mm. This discovery is significant also because a high concentration of kimberlite indicator minerals found in the region provides a convincing reason to assume the presence here of diamondiferous kimberlite.
The samples will be subjected to further analysis.
"The fact that we find a diamond is a very rare occurrence, and this news makes me very excited about the potential of the region and the opening of the stone source," - said the professor, chairman of the board of directors of Karelian Diamond Richard Conroy (Richard Conroy).

Gemological Institute of America (GIA) announced that two former employees of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) were taken into custody in connection with the introduction of changes in 1,042 certification reports prepared by the laboratory.
The police informed the GIA that the laboratory can now publish data on the clients who submitted the diamonds in question for evaluation.
The list of invalid reports is available on the website of the laboratory. The list includes the number and date of issue of these reports, the shape and weight of each diamond, and the data on the customer who submitted the stone. However, the information does not include information about the color or purity of the stone, since the report data on these characteristics may have been changed.
The laboratory was informed that, as the investigation of the Indian police continues, The listed clients are temporarily deprived of the opportunity to submit stones for evaluation to the laboratory.
Earlier this week, the lab announced that an unauthorized external source had accessed its evaluation information and forged the reports before they were printed and sent to customers.
